Chief Executive Officer
Geoffrey Berger joined Piper as Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the Board of Directors in July 2010. Geoff is also Managing Director of Imprimis, a corporate finance and investment management firm located in Singapore and Brunei Darussalam, and is General Manager of Imprimis (B) Sdn Bhd. In 2009, Imprimis and the Ministry of Finance of Brunei acquired Piper, undertaking a long-term strategic commitment to drive Piper’s global expansion and support its development of key new products.
Geoff brings to Piper a significant track record of excellence and success developed over the past two decades of service in the private equity investment arena, specifically providing strategic, operational, financial and interim leadership to a broad range of investment portfolio companies undergoing significant expansion and organizational development like Piper.
He has served as CEO, CFO and COO at a number of companies and led businesses involved in sophisticated manufacturing operations. Geoff received his BA in Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
