PIPER LINE ON DISPLAY AT MMOPA

Amelia Island, Fla., Oct. 27, 2010 – Piper Aircraft Inc. is supporting the Malibu/Mirage Owners & Pilots Association (MMOPA) 20th Anniversary Convention Oct. 27-30 with senior representatives and aircraft displays, including the mockup of the recently announced PiperJet Altaire.

“Piper is delighted to bring our strong and broad single-engine product line to this gathering of Piper M-Class enthusiasts,” says Randy Groom, Piper executive vice president. In addition to the mockup of the single-engine PiperJet Altaire business jet, Piper will display the single-engine Meridian turboprop, the pressurized Mirage piston single, and the unpressurized Matrix piston single.

“We are looking forward to interaction with the largest single group of Piper owners and operators. Our team will be listening to our owners and operators because we can learn a lot from them to help us become an even better aircraft manufacturer. We plan to share results of our RACE (Reliability of Aircraft and the Customer Experience) product improvement program and get feedback on our product line,” he added.
