Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, the Piper Aircraft Privacy Policy describes information that Piper Aircraft, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers and agents collect, use, share, and store, including personal information (i.e. information that personally identifies you, such your name, email address or billing information, or other data that can be reasonably used to infer this information). The Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the www.piper.com website and www.piper.com sub-domains (each, a “site”), including our online Piper Pilot Shop store. Piper Aircraft collects information about you through our site in several ways.  This information is used to provide users with Piper products and services along with allowing us to understand how visitors navigate our site, and to provide advertising that is relevant to your interests. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages include:

How We Use Information

You may choose to submit your email address via a submission located on our site at the bottom of the Piper Aircraft, Inc. Home Page.  Your email address may be used to send you news and updates about Piper Aircraft related services, products, or promotions. RETENTION: Piper Aircraft generally stores your personal information on Piper’s servers until you delete or edit it, or for as long as you remain a Piper customer/operator in order to provide you with Piper Products and support. In addition, Piper Aircraft may store your personal information to resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements and comply with applicable laws. The Piper website is hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors from around the world.
